Responsible for developing the overall marketing strategy and competitive growth
strategies for multiple product lines.
Monitors and reports on the positioning of the product in the market to all the areas to
allow suitable decision-making.
Presents the product to the field force and main clients/ customers. Responsible for
marketing the organization’s new products and services.
Follow up on implementation.
KEY
Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing planning for the respective TA.
Develops sales and marketing objectives for multiple lines of products including sales
volumes and profit forecasts.
Evaluates the sales and profit potential of proposed new products and submits new
product proposal including product launch strategy for approval.
Develop, review and submit CMP …with any sub regions variation , launch times
Full IMS Market research analysis on country level, Interprets market research and
customer response to product lines.
Develop promotional materials for the region based on strategy
KOL management, for top tier KOLs ( 20 all over the region)
Planning and executing symposia, based on the pre-requests from Local PMs
Cycle meetings / induction training.
Joint visits with Reps or KAM to follow on implementation. 20 % of time.
Create a productive and healthy communication environment with sales
Over all Budget management, also discussing and allocating budget for local DGMs
plans
Coordinate cross functionally with Finance and HR any product specific requirments
Prepare all needed marketing reviews to management.
Develop an effective monitoring and follow up process of marketing campaign.. To be
implemented and followed up by IPM.
Forecasting
Carry out a period TA team meeting.
Align with the best pharmaceutical practices and code of conduct
Plans and manages product launches, oversees strategies for existing products and
establishes action plans when results fall short of planned objectives.
Manages marketing policy, sales promotion, distribution and pricing strategies..
Advises management on customer trends and feedback through his interaction in the
field
Recommends and oversees the execution of sales objectives and promotional
programs.
