Jobs in UAE – Our client is looking for a technology, media and telecommunications lawyer with relevant experience to join their office in Dubai to assist with the development of their growing Middle East based TMT practice. The company is committed to providing its clients in the region with a full range of top quality expertise and experience.

Responsibilities:
• Provide legal and commercial advice to businesses.
• Proactively respond to clients in terms of innovation and diversity.
• Co-ordinate, advice, guide, train and develop subordinates in the law firm.
• Liaise with the counterparties and co-ordinate the execution of necessary documentation.
• Analyze and keep abreast of changes in the laws as well as draft and review all contractual agreements.

Requirements:
• At least 4 years relevant experience advising on both telecommunications and IT/outsourcing matters for a law firm in the GCC.
• Bachelors degree in Law, though an overseas university background has an advantage.
• Fluency in spoken and written English as well as Arabic.
