Our clinet is large International Retail compnay Head office based in Dubai.Due to continues growth they are urgent need of Trainer
Trainer who will be based at our Head Office in Dubai, They need a person with a solid training background, the criteria is as follows:
•3-5 years experience in retail training, program development and presentation.
•A person that has worked in retail, understands retails and is passionate about Training and Development.
•As a minimum – Bachelors Degree in Education or Trainer The Trainer, Effective writing skills, Workplace Assessment and Competency Management.
•Has a good knowledge of global training trends – QTF (Quality Training Framework)
Upon successful selection, the candidate will be provided with:
•3-4 months training in Operations (Store based).
•Further coaching in Training requirements and Needs Analysis.
•Challenging career path.
