As a Training Manager you will be responsible for developing a comprehensive training package, prepare a training plan for the organisation and manage the learning for Watches & Jewellery employees.Reporting directly to the HR Business Partner, on a day to day basis you will be responsible for the following:
Designing and implementing strategy for employees’ training and development Establishing and maintaining an appropriate system for measuring necessary aspects of training and development to meet short and long term business goals Ensuring that all Line Managers are fully informed of employees training and development objectives, purposes and achievements Allocating and tracking the training budget Identifying training & development needs through job analysis and appraisal schemes Delivering the training presentations Supporting the Department Managers for implementing on the job training and providing the right up-to-date learning materials Organising the training venues, logistics, transport, accommodation as required Evaluating and adapting the training & development programs based on changes that occur in the work environment Monitoring the progress & development of the UAE National employees in the company Developing and maintaining a training database Identifying, selecting and managing external training providers Supporting the Visual Manager in preparation of training materials for Visual Merchandisers in the showrooms Ensuring that all necessary training equipment and materials are properly maintained
