This is a new position which will oversee the operation of the transport department ensuring a high level of service, standards and professionalism. There are three major transport services covered; Buggy, Abra and general transport operations. Training and Development throughout the teams is a strong element along with maintaining cost functions and revenue generation. Developing and implementing new projects aimed at improving the service within the transport departments.
Your main responsibilities include the following:
* Supervising and Monitoring Operations
* Developing Manning Forecasts to maintain expenses
* Preparing Reports on Department Performance
* Analysing of current performance and initiating change to rectify
* Reviewing Budgets and P&L forecasts
* Preparing Department Budgets
* Performance Managing Colleagues
