Jobs in UAE – The main purpose is organizing all the essential support facilities for the TV team; resolving the day-to-day problems of filming and coordinating the other activities (e.g., camera, sound, editorial and music); and bringing the production in on budget. He will be responsible for facilitating a projects/ programs from beginning to end. He will be involved in every stage of the television programs, film or video, overseeing the project from start to finish, both in the studio and on location.

Essential functions of the job include:

- Organizing the location/set, props and equipment, accommodation, and catering
­- Responsibility of hiring crew and employment contracts arrangement.
- Deals with all the practical and political aspects of keeping a project running smoothly
- Controlling the budget and allocating resources
­- Sorting out any issues or conflicts that may arise
­- Support the channel/ program directors and editors
­- Oversee each program from conception to completion
­- Involved in the marketing/PR and distribution processes
- Raising funding
­- Reading, researching and assessing ideas and finished scripts
­- Building and developing a network of contacts
­- Maintaining contemporary technical skills
­- Organising shooting schedules – dependent on the type of producer and availability of support staff; troubleshooting
­- Supervising the progress of the project from production to post production
­- Acting as a sounding board for the director;
­- Bringing the finished production in on budget.
