The Role :
Purpose:
To assist the National Sales & Marketing Manager in planning and achieving the budgeted sales for the Parts Division and to recommend and implement strategies for enlarging the market and the sales, followed by strong quantitative and qualitative analysis.Job Specifications:
Develop and prepare Division’s Annual Budget based on market trend and future growth of the business. Prepare and monitor Sales Performance of Branches and make follow-ups with location that needs attention to ensure achievement of the same. Assist National Sales & Marketing Manager for by handling reporting work and coordinating marketing activities to solicit support from principals. Evolve and implement various campaigns to boost the sales for penetrating the market. Assist in various joint part & service campaigns activities. Review of COMFIS report from Finance. Extract data for Board report, OPS executive summary, etc. Review Branch & on National level parts performance to identify sales growth, turnover and sales share for each segment. Facilitate approval of dealership. Follow-up/review branch position in PDC collection. Identify & recommend all system modifications/enhancements on Sales data download and processes used to calculate rebate to Dealers, Fleet and Government important customers to be more competitive in the market yet maintaining Gross Margin and GM. Prepares month-end rebates of different price structures for dealers, insurance cos., government & fleets customers. Also, handles branch parts staff incentive based on location actual performance in Sales & Gross Margin with computation based on various agreements Responsible for preparing of contracts, establish pricing procedures, rebates, etc. Prepares the executive summary presentation of Sales & Marketing Dept. and acts as secretary for monthly OPS meeting.
