The Role :
Purpose:
To provide a central point of contact between the brand, Al-Futtaim and the customer for the after sales activity and to develop and build long term business relationships. Ensuring high levels of customer service in line with company policy, procedures & standards, the ideal candidate will be able to maximise all sales opportunities through managing the customers effectively.Job Specifications:
Achieve or exceed allocated sales targets for new units, trade-in, rust proofing’s and insurance policies Achieve or exceed CSI objectives. This ensures customer satisfaction and thereby repeat sales Ensure that company procedures are adhered to, whilst handling cash and credit in particular. This ensures safety of cash and minimum bad debts Constantly improve and update product knowledge range, features and benefits Inquisitive about the automotive industry, paying particular attention to new features, technical developments, market trends, selling techniques and customer handling skills Carry out used car appraisals and quotes within set timeframe, hence increasing efficiency and increasing sales of new units Follow up with prospective buyers. The Job holder will attend to telephonic enquiries and showroom walk-in customers Ability to problem-solve and ultimately deliver sales results within set timeframes
