To provide a central point of contact between HERTZ and the customer for the after sales activity and to develop and build long term business relationships. Ensuring high levels of customer service in line with company policy, procedures & standards, the ideal candidate will be able to maximise all lease and car rental opportunities through managing the customers effectively.Job Specifications:
Provide effective and efficient customer service, so that customer satisfaction levels and customer retention rates are maximised Responsible for handling the day to day activities relating to existing and new accounts Work closely with the sales team to ensure correct quotes are sent to the customer on time and regular follow up done Update necessary information on the contracts and return customer copies on time Processing orders on time and provide timely updates to the customer Follow up with the concerned department, update clients, arrange for vehicle check out Arranging Loaner vehicle and all related system and administration tasks related to it; opening agreements, closing agreements, keeping a record of all transactions Manage lease contracts expiries / extensions Maintain an up to date database of all customers with relevant and key contacts Handle day to day queries of the Customer – pricing, short term rental requirements etc Maintain and develop corporate image and reputation, whilst protecting and developing the company’s brands via suitable PR activities and own presentation
