We are urgently looking to recruit 4 young and ambitious Trainee Recruitment Consultants (2 males, 2 females) to start training on the 16th of August, based in our offices in Dubai, Al Barsha. You will need to be a native English speaker or bilingual English/Arabic, be career focussed and of Graduate calibre. A proven track record in a B2B sales environment is preferable, but not essential. Recruitment is a tough sector that requires motivation, enthusiasm and the dedication and determination to succeed.

For the first 3 months, the successful candidate will enter Huntress Group’s highly renowned Graduate Academy, in which the trainees will reach out to the best of their abilities, in consultative sales and recruitment methodologies.
Commissions being available from day 1, you will also be rewarded with a basic salary after successfully completing a 3 month probationary period, to support your growth throughout your career in Huntress. Your OTE (On Target Earning) will be around AED 40,000 per month, your first year!
Training:
The successful candidates will embark on a 2 week intensive Graduate Academy, part theory and part practical, giving you the opportunity to implement the skills that you gain into live scenarios. During your probation period, prizes (such as company car…) will be allocated to the highest achiever each month.
