In this role you will be responsible for:
Performing professional and technical repairs on the relevant product Giving technical estimate about authenticity and reparability of product Verifying and monitoring quality control checks Consolidating of technical issues Coordinating distribution of tools and information Following up and managing technical documentation Providing technical support for new workshop set up
