This would involve two significant roles, one is of a UI developer, capable of producing HTML mark-up of the highest quality and the second of a programmer well versed in web technologies and open source platforms (especially Joomla).
3 – 5 years building web applications is a must and work with Adobe Flash is an added advantage. The ability to fluently hand-code clean, compliant, and semantic XHTML and CSS cannot be understated!
