· Experience in Web Sites and IT Administration.

· Experience in PHP development for Graphical Design.

· Good Knowledge in Data Base (Oracle is preferable) using XML and Web Services for Integration.

· Experience in Web Sites Content Management using standard CMS (Joomla would preferable)
