We are the leaders in internet marketing and web design services, and we are currently looking for a Project coordinator to join our team.
The Project coordinator will be responsible for all assisting the Web Projects Manager in managing projects. The right candidate would need to be an all-rounder with a pleasant personality, great communication skills, and a keen drive to learn. The candidate must have a background in ASP.Net development. Online marketing (SEO, PPC) experience is also preferred. The candidate must be a computer science / IT graduate.
The candidate must be able to pick up new skills rapidly through self-training and by asking questions, reading up and looking for appropriate sources of information. Key skills they would need to be shored up, and be ready to manage projects on include:
• Website Development (ASP.Net/XHTML/CSS/javascript)
• Quality Assurance (Testing, W3C Validation)
• Business Communication (Communicating with clients, vendors)
• Project management (scheduling, resource allocation)
• Development life cycle (SDLC)
• Time management and organization
Key areas of responsibility:
• Ability to communicate and work well with teams to meet required deliverables
• Ensuring that tasks and projects are completed on-scope, on-quality and on-time
• Take the project through its different phases, and ensure appropriate business processes are applied
• Assist in the definition and implementation of standards and best practices
• Oversee the development phases and ensure resources are being utilized appropriately
• Translate client requirements into technical proposals and specifications
• Manage web projects and liaise with clients during development phases
• Motivate team and build a strong sense of morale among staff
Skills:
• Experience in all phases of web project implementation lifecycle
• Demonstrated experience and strong skills in a wide range of technologies and development approaches
• Proven experience in .NET framework
• Active interest in emerging technologies, and experienced ability to learn new skills and technologies
• Experience with relational databases and strong experience with multi-tiered, client server applications
• Demonstrated leadership and attention to detail skills through prior experience at the strategic and tactical/implementation levels.
• Ability to coach, mentor and train personnel within a technical and creative organization.
• Strong leadership skills to include resource allocation and planning skills, with web development projects
• Working knowledge of the IT industry
• Superior organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Desire to drive the business
Qualifications:
• University graduate in Information Technology / Computer Science.
• Minimum 2 years of related work experience.
