Jobs in UAE – • Support existing EWLAN Channel in the territories
Develop strong relationships with (EWLAN) contacts in the region. Identify and develop areas of incremental business opportunities with EWLAN, AD, CEC and see through to execution in the local market/area.
Support the (Distribution) Channel Account Managers with the business through the existing channel (initial assessment, market share, knowledgebase, technical/sales workshops & beach head projects).
• Develop new channel in new verticals
Lead in the identification, and support the recruitment and market development of key EWLAN solution partners: Strategic partner development activities related to wireless specifically (addressing key wireless verticals such as healthcare, education, manufacturing, government, finance & network operators).
Enabling new partners to quickly start selling wireless solutions successfully.
Develop and implement new channel initiatives, products and programs within EWLAN EMEA and ensure ‘Cascading’ through their organization.
• Channel education and training
Supporting the delivery and launch of new wireless products in order to enable the partners to experience and achieve quick sales results.
• Drive growth strategy and Sales (including support in major deals)
Take a proactive role in identifying how to increase value of the Motorola’s EMb franchise for distribution partners and business development plans to meet these goals within the respective regions.
Support respective quarterly revenue targets within an assigned region.
• Be part of EMEA Virtual Team (ie interact with EWLAN EMEA and BU and keep competitive knowledge)
Work closely with EMEA Marketing & EMEA Distribution to understand and execute a strategy for achieving strong business growth & specific wireless channel growth.
“Competitive Wireless DNA”: Stay competitively informed (and be responsive to partners) of specific wireless players like Cisco, Aruba, Trapeze and Meru Networks.
