Job Description:
– Responsible for the safe & efficient running of the Mechanical Workshop facilities.

– Ensure project requirements are met within time & cost budget constraints.

– Ensure constant improvement of safety, performance and quality standards.

– Provide professional, operational and safety supervision and leadership to workshop team.

– Work as part of a team with other department supervisors to ensure effective workflow.

– Uphold the standards of the company and work in line with the company objectives.

– Assist in the development of workshop processes to cope with increasing variation of work scopes & equipment types.

Experience: 1 – 5 Years

Education: Bachelors Degree

Responsibilities:

– Experience in organizing and leading a team safely and efficiently
– Knowledge & understanding of industry & regulatory equipment test & inspection requirements
– Experience in job costing & working to schedules
– General computer skills including Word, Excel & Outlook
– Full & clean UAE driving license
