Job Description:
They are seeking the services of a Workshop Supervisor.
– Package includes US $ 530/month + Accommodation + Transportation.
– Company is located in Bahrain and involved in manufacturing injection and
– blow moulds, extrusion dies and other precision components.
– They are also involved in wrought iron and steel fabrication works such as grills, stair, rails, specific projects like trailers and ladders, etc.
– They require Workshop Supervisor/ Workshop Machining / Fabrication / Assembly
– The position includes supervising a small scale machining and fabrication business.
– Applicants must be mature, have experience with workshop tools such as lathes, mills, grinding machines, and must have good technical, organization, communication and people skills.

– Based in a Bahrain facility and reporting to the Managing Director, you will oversee a small team in a busy workshop, taking ownership of the production
– facility as a whole, and ensuring deadlines are met whilst always looking at safety and continuous improvement.
– Your responsibilities will range from purchasing, product development, production control, fabrication / assembly and inventory through to quality, safety and dispatch.
– Able to demonstrate a successful background in a trade or small engineering
– organization, you will have supervised a mechanical machining & fabrication
– workshop. You will priorities and coordinate these disciplines, ensuring all the necessary resources are available to meet the deadlines and requirements of customers.

Experience: 1 – 5 Years
Education: Higher Secondary
Skills:
– Mechanical Engineering with good knowledge of the workshop management and
